Shipping Policy

We currently only offer domestic (U.S.) shipping and shipping to Canada, but we hope to expand this in the future! We are a small team, so please allow ample time for us to package, process, and ship orders. Once an order is shipped, customers will be notified and provided with a tracking number. Shipping costs are calculated and added at check out. 

HOLIDAY NOTICE: orders placed after 12/10 may not arrive before Christmas (12/25)! We will be taking a short break from packaging and shipping orders. Thank you for your understanding! 

Return Policy

We aim to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return the item within 30 days of receiving it. Please contact us to initiate a return or if you have questions about how to return an item. All items must be in its original condition. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. Once we receive your returned item, we will process it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
